CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Beyond Etiquette Case Study

The Client

What The Brand Needed

At a young age, Bonnie understood the subtle art of making others feel welcome. She became passionate about etiquette when she discovered how it transforms and elevates people’s lives. Since then, she has dedicated herself to sharing this knowledge with others.

Rather than following a set of rules, Bonnie wants to illustrate how etiquette is about being the best version of yourself. With her multicultural background and experience in cross-cultural communications, Bonnie provides a unique and modern approach to traditional etiquette, and thus Beyond Etiquette, Bonnie’s business was born.

Bonnie is a consultant specializing in social and business etiquette and protocol. She attended the esteemed Institut Villa Pierrefeu finishing school in Glion, Switzerland and Institute Sarita finishing school in Beijing, China. She has been formally trained in Continental European, British, American and Chinese etiquette.

Beyond Etiquette exists to empower and educate their clients so that they may approach the world with leadership, integrity, and empathy. In a literal sense, they provide the skills necessary to reach across the table (politely, of course) and make new friends across the globe.

What We Did

Brand success starts from seed and can take work. For Bonnie Tsai and Beyond Etiquette we had a good idea of the elegance that the brand needed to invoke and luckily Bonnie has a great aesthetic and colors that we were able to pull from.

Together we created a brand story, voice, logo and brand mark, collateral design, social media channels, and a gorgeous website.

We have recently begun releasing branded content videos for Beyond Etiquette where Bonnie gives One Minute Manners, tips on social and business etiquette, and more! Follow her on social to stay up-to-date!
