Challenge

Our goal was to utilize Andrea’s existing branding as much as possible, and give Andrea’s site and branding a cohesive finish and deliver a beautifully branded, clean aesthetic for music/video, content, and collateral across a new website platform.

Andrea decided on a rebrand package that included a Squarespace optimized website and templated structure, newsletter marketing templates, and branded social imagery.

Design Insight

Personal touches always add that ‘special spark’ to a website. For Andrea’s site, we were lucky to be able to work with her son’s hand-drawn watercolor painting.

While designing and researching her website and branding, we listened to her music, and were especially inspired by Andrea’s composed score for the 3% conference.

Result

A custom Squarespace site with unique touches and Andrea’s personality shining throughout.

I interviewed several companies before deciding to trust the creation of my new website to Sara Hope and her team.

How Was Your Weekend?

Kat Gordon, founder of The 3% Movement, was experiencing in real time an emotionally wrenching Twitter thread from Nicole Sanchez of Vaya Consulting about leadership in a time of political unrest. She wanted to share Nicole’s message at the 2018 3% Conference and figured a short film would be the most powerful way to do it.

Kat understood that original music was absolutely necessary to enhance the story and add maximum emotional impact (a bed of library music just wasn’t going to cut it). So she reached out to Andrea to compose the score.
