The brainchild of Agency Principals Sara Hope Smith, Emily Joy Johnston, Brooke Lawler, and Olivia Christian, Hope Creative Co-Op has been in the early development stages since the fall of 2019. As veterans of the West Coast creative agency scene, they knew what was lacking in the field was an inclusive agency based on the values of team equity, trust, freedom, transparency, and opportunity.

The founding members of Hope Creative hail from cities large and small across the United States, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Atlanta, and New York, bringing a network of varied expertise, unique perspectives, and fresh ideas to their client roster. With each member having an equal investment and voice, this team is stronger because of the diversity and range of experience of its core members.
